Lata's Initial Challenges and Coaching Approach
THE START

Lata, is a devoted mother who struggled with negative thoughts and overprotectiveness for her child, which impacted her parenting and her decision about having a second child. Lata came to me with the belief that she wasn't a good enough parent. This led her to overdo things at home and overprotect her child. Her self-doubt also stopped her from considering a second child, fearing she wouldn't be able to give enough attention and thereby will not be a good mom to her firstborn.

We started by identifying Lata’s limiting beliefs and negative self-talk. Through our coaching sessions, we worked on shifting her mindset and building her confidence. I introduced her to techniques for positive self-affirmation and strategies to balance her parenting approach. Lata practised positive self-affirmations daily to counteract her negative self-talk. We also worked on setting healthy boundaries and giving her child more independence, which helped reduce her overprotective behaviours.

Over time, Lata became more confident and courageous. She felt empowered as a parent. Today, she is a proud mother of two, raising them powerfully and empowering them to be independent and confident.

Overcoming Demotivation and Finding Self-Love
THE START

Meera, a parent felt demotivated and struggled to focus on her office work. She was always seeking approval from others and doing things for her family, with no desires or goals for herself. Meera came to me feeling unfulfilled, low on energy and exhausted. She was constantly seeking validation from others and prioritizing her family's needs over her own. This left her with no time or energy for herself, leading to a lack of motivation and dissatisfaction with her life.

We began by exploring Meera's self-perception and the importance of self-love. Through our coaching sessions, we worked on helping her recognize her worth and the necessity of setting personal goals. I introduced techniques for self-care and self-compassion, and we developed a plan for her to balance her desires with her family responsibilities. Meera started setting aside time each day for activities she enjoyed, by practicing self-care and self-love. She also practised mindfulness and self-compassion, gradually shifting her mindset from seeking external validation to valuing her own needs and desires.

Over time, Meera found a renewed sense of motivation and purpose. She began to focus more on her own goals and desires, while still being a supportive parent. Today, Meera spends quality time with herself and her family, setting a positive example for her children by demonstrating the importance of self-love and balance. Her transformation has not only improved her well-being but also made her a more effective and fulfilled parent.
